This process will take place in three phases:
Ø Phase One – Evaluation of the children’s ministry and nursery operations and workflow processes. The Evaluation Report includes: observations and recommendations for process improvement submitted in writing within 7 business days.
Ø Phase Two – Implementation planning with the ministry leadership team for the recommended ministry process improvements. Also included are customized workshop sessions for the children’s ministry leadership team.
Ø Phase Three – Development workshops and hands-on training sessions for staff and volunteers during children’s ministry service. Additionally, Carr Ministry support will be provided via telephone and online conferencing to assist your church with the development of revised policies and procedures, aggressive volunteer recruitment, and program content development. |
